Vacancy: Program Manager (Navision), Microsoft Russia
Location: Moscow
Job purpose: Responsible for your local market features (tax, legal and market) for the Microsoft Business Solutions ERP products. Ensure that our global product teams build the correct functionality in order that our customers and partners have the ability to realize their full potential. Ensure that the Microsoft Business Solutions products (Microsoft Dynamics – Navision) are legally compliant and able to compete locally.
Responsibilities:
1. To ensure the globally developed ERP products (Navision) and their deliverables meet the needs of our local customers;
2. Driving local competitive knowledge into product planning and strategy in order to ensure our ERP products are competitive;
3. Ensure products fulfil each country's specific laws & regulations;
4. Based in Russian subsidiary You should support different groups involved in product development cycle in making high quality international products
5. To be an Ambassador on behalf of Microsoft partners and customers towards Microsoft global product teams
Requirements:
1. At least 3 years successful working experience in related field, e.g. ERP systems consulting, development or Finance/Accounting;
2. Higher education in Finance, Business Management or IT;
3. A sound business understanding combined with an ability to listen to customer expectations;
4. Fluent English and Russian;
5. Results oriented, mature personality with high level of responsibility and good communication skills;
Compensation package: from $2500 fixed + bonus + medical&life insurance + lunch&mobile compensation.
