В Линкедин мне ответили интересно. То есть в первом приближении клиентов отталкивает невыгодность подписки. За существующую лицензию AX2012 дают 18 месяцев на D365FO. Если я правильно понимаю что лицензии в AX2012 это одноразовый платеж то это предложение сродни потерять свое жилье и переехать в апарт-отель.

I am involved in a very large new D365FO rollout now at Enterprise level (not an upgrade). It will do the job and has all the advantages of cloud, but it makes an AX2012 roll-out look easy.
