I find Microsoft Sure Step is particularly useful as it provides a common framework for Dynamics implementations. As a Microsoft professional I need to ask just three questions…
1. What is the Microsoft Sure Step implementation Project Type?
2. What implementation Phase is underway in the Project?
3. What implementation Activity is underway in the Phase?
to develop a quick understanding of the implementation. Additionally, Microsoft Sure Step provides common language for implementations.
Microsoft Sure Step will be referenced periodically in upcoming blogs so I would recommend at least an introductory read.
